Et af CSB Island Entertainment ApS`s (CSB) overordnede mål er at opretholde det højeste niveau af sikkerhed for vores gæster, kunder og medarbejder – dette gør sig også gældende, når det kommer til beskyttelsen af personoplysninger. 

CSB ønsker med denne politik at kortlægge på klar og overskuelig vis, hvordan CSB håndterer dine personoplysninger.

Vi tager din databeskyttelse alvorligt. Vi behandler persondata og har derfor vedtaget denne privatlivsbeskyttelsespolitik, der fortæller dig, hvordan vi behandler dine data.

Behandling af Personoplysninger

CSB persondatapolitik lægger retningslinjerne for, hvordan CSB må registrere og bruge oplysninger om vores kunder og forretningsforbindelser. 

Personoplysninger

Personoplysninger er alle slags informationer, der i et eller andet omfang kan henføres til dig. Når du benytter vores website indsamler og behandler vi en række sådanne informationer. Det sker f.eks. ved alm. tilgang af indhold, hvis du tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbrev, deltager i konkurrencer eller undersøgelser, samt øvrig brug af services eller foretager tilmelding via websitet. 

Registrering af oplysninger

CSB registrerer følgende typer oplysninger om dig: 

• Data du selv indtaster, hvis du tilmelder dig et nyhedsbrev 
• Data vi får ved indgåelse af samarbejde. 
• Spor, din computer efterlader (Cookies). 

Stort set alle oplysninger, der afgives, betragtes i lovens forstand som værende fortrolige. Det er kun bestemte grupper af oplysninger som for eksempel religiøse, etniske eller politiske oplysninger, der er følsomme. 

CSB behandler følgende kategorier af personoplysninger om dig:

Brug af oplysningerne

Her kan du læse om, hvordan de data, CSB indsamler, bruges. 

Alle oplysninger bruges udelukkende internt i CSB og af CSB`s samarbejdspartnere og kun til at optimere og rettighedsbeskytte sitet, servicere brugerne bedre og skabe øget brugervenlighed.

De angivne tredjeparter bringer ikke oplysningerne videre til andre. CSB har databehandleraftaler med den ovenstående leverandør. 

Det er kun medarbejdere hos CSB, der skal bruge oplysningerne i forbindelse med deres arbejde, der har adgang til dem. Oplysninger videregives eller videresælges ikke til andre. 

Periode for opbevaring

Oplysningerne opbevares i det tidsrum, der er tilladt i henhold til lovgivning og myndigheder, og vi sletter dem, når de ikke længere er nødvendige. Perioden afhænger af karakteren af oplysningen og baggrunden for opbevaring. Det er derfor ikke muligt at angive en generel tidsramme for, hvornår informationer slettes. 

Sikkerhed 

CSB har en sikkerhedspolitik samt uddybende retningslinjer om persondata og har desuden truffet tekniske foranstaltninger, som beskytter persondata mod uautoriseret adgang, ændring, brug eller sletning. CSB videregiver ikke persondata til myndighederne, medmindre dette er et lovkrav. CSB videregiver heller ikke oplysninger til andre parter, ud over hvad der er angivet i persondatapolitikken. 

Vi har truffet tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger mod, at dine oplysninger hændeligt eller ulovligt bliver slettet, offentliggjort, går tabt, bliver ændret, tilintetgjort, bliver forringet eller kommer til uvedkommendes adgang eller kendskab, misbruges eller i øvrigt behandles i strid med lovgivningen.

CSB-island.dk anvender ”cookies”, der er en tekstfil, som gemmes på din computer, mobil el. tilsvarende med det formål at genkende den, huske indstillinger samt udføre statistik.

Du har ret til at få adgang til dine persondata

Du har til en enhver tid ret til at få oplyst, hvilke data vi behandler om dig, hvor de stammer fra, og hvad vi anvender dem til. Du kan også få oplyst, hvor længe vi opbevarer dine persondata, og hvem, der modtager data om dig, i det omfang vi videregiver data i Danmark og i udlandet. 

Hvis du anmoder om det, kan vi oplyse dig om de data, vi behandler om dig. Adgangen kan dog være begrænset af hensyn til andre personers privatlivsbeskyttelse, til forretningshemmeligheder og immaterielle rettigheder. 

Du kan gøre brug af dine rettigheder ved at henvende dig til os. Vores kontaktoplysninger finder du øverst i afsnittet om Dataansvar. 

Du har ret til at få unøjagtige persondata rettet eller slettet.

Hvis du mener, at de persondata, vi behandler om dig, er unøjagtige, har du ret til at få dem rettet. Du skal henvende dig til os og oplyse os om, hvori unøjagtighederne består, og hvordan de kan rettes. 

Ønsker du, at vi ikke længere opbevarer disse informationer, skal du henvende dig til den dataansvarlige i CSB Carsten Svoldgaard. Du skal dog være opmærksom på, at der i et vist omfang er et krav at der gemmes data, som gør, at informationen ikke må slettes. 

Når du henvender dig med en anmodning om at få rettet eller slettet dine persondata, undersøger vi, om betingelserne er opfyldt, og gennemfører i så fald ændringer eller sletning så hurtigt som muligt. 

Indsigt og indsigelser

Du har ret til at gøre indsigelse mod vores behandling af dine persondata. Du kan også tilbagekalde dit samtykke til, at der bliver behandlet oplysninger om dig. Hvis de oplysninger, 

der behandles om dig, er forkerte har du ret til at de bliver rettet eller slettet. Du kan bruge kontaktoplysningerne øverst, til at sende en indsigelse. Hvis din indsigelse er berettiget, sørger vi for at ophøre med behandlingen af dine persondata. 

Hvis du vil klage over vores behandling af dine personoplysninger, har du også mulighed for at tage kontakt til Datatilsynet. 

Med den beskrevne persondatapolitik overholder CSB loven om behandling af personoplysninger (Persondataloven), som er den gældende lovgivning

We ensure fair and transparent data handling

 When we ask you to provide us with personal data, we will inform you what data about you we store and for what purpose. You will receive information about this when we ask for your personal data. 

Handling of Personal data

 CSB ‘s personal data policy guides how CSB is allowed to register and use information about customers and business connections. 

Personal data

Personal data is any type of information that can be linked to you in any way.

When you use our website, we gather and handle a range of such information. This happens, for example, when you access content, sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or questionnaires as well as when you use services or register via the website.

Registration of information

 CSB registers the following types of information about you: 

• Data you type in when you sign up for a newsletter
• Data we receive when entering into a collaboration
• Traces that your computer leaves (Cookies). 

By and large, all the information that is given is legally considered to be confidential. Only information concerning, for example religious, ethical or political information is sensitive information.

CSB handles the following categories of personal information about you:

Name, address, email address, information about your company and relevant contact people.

Here you can read about how the data that CSB gathers is used.

All information is used solely internally in CSB and by CSB partners and only to optimise the site, to protect rights, improve user service and ensure increased user friendliness.

The stated third party does not send information on to others. CSB has data handling agreements with the aforementioned suppliers. 

Only CSB employees who need to use the information in connection with their work have access to the information. Information is not passed on or sold on to others.

Storage period

Information is only kept for the period allowed according to legislation and authorities, and the information is deleted when it is no longer required. This period depends on the character of the information and the reason for its storage. It is therefore not possible to provide a general timeframe for when the information is deleted.

Safety 

CSB has a safety policy and detailed guidelines for personal data and, in addition, has undertaken technical precautionary measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, changes, use or deletion. CSB does not pass on personal data to the authorities unless it is required by law. CSB does not pass on information to other parties beyond that described in the policy for personal data.

We have undertaken technical and organisational precautionary measures to ensure that your information accidentally or illegally is deleted, publicised, lost, changed, destroyed, impaired or can be accessed, known, misused or otherwise treated illegally by unauthorised parties.

Cookies

CSB-island.dk uses “cookies”, which are text files that are saved on your computer, mobile phone, etc., with the purpose of recognising it, remembering settings and gathering statistics.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data.

You have, at any time, the right to be informed of what data we have about you, where this data comes from and what we use it for. You can also be informed of how long we keep your personal data and who receives data about you, where we pass this data on in Denmark and abroad. If you so request, we can inform you about what data about you we use. Access may though be limited out of consideration to the protection of personal data of others, for reasons of business confidentiality or immaterial rights.

You have the right to have incorrect personal data corrected or deleted.

If you believe that personal data we have about you is incorrect, you have the right to have this data corrected. You can do this by contacting us and informing us of what data is incorrect and how it can be corrected.

If you no longer want us to store this information, please contact Carsten Svoldgaard, who is responsible for data at CSB. Please note that there are some requirements for data retention that means that the information may not be permitted to be deleted.

When you contact us to request that your personal data is corrected or deleted, we will check whether these requirements are fulfilled and if so, make the changes or deletions as soon as possible.

Insight and objections
